My name is Alphonse Nwerem. A dedicated professional life and leadership coach trained in biblical, mental health, and executive/leadership coaching. I am passionate about supporting men in overcoming life challenges, establishing a thriving well-being, enjoying peaceful relationships, and achieving life goals.

My Story
I was born in the United States and raised in Nigeria. I moved to Nigeria at age two and returned to the United States in 1999 at age 17. I am a family man with two teenage daughters and a son. My family enjoys soccer, volleyball, games, and the outdoors. I enjoy deep-meaningful conversations with people. I love to explore the diversity of thoughts and the tension of what makes us unique. I have embraced a growth mindset and am on a journey to become a better me.

I have faced challenges such as a lack of purpose, pressure to succeed, self-doubt, and emotional pain. I have witnessed broken marriages and many emotional struggles among my family and friends. As a father and husband, I feel called to use my strengths and gifts to share my story and support other men in navigating life’s challenges.
